2. Broker & Advisory Role

Alina Landbase Private Limited acts strictly as a real estate consultant and intermediary. We do not function as a developer, builder, or project owner. All final decisions related to property purchases, investments, or leases rest solely with the client.

3. Legal & Documentation Compliance

We guide clients on documentation requirements including agreements, allotment letters, sale deeds, and registry processes. However, legal verification must be independently performed by qualified legal professionals.

4. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal information collected through enquiry forms, calls, WhatsApp, or emails is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws in India and our Privacy Policy.
